Help and Technical Support
Help with your WebAssign questions can be divided into content issues (how do I work this type of math problem), questions about how to use the site, and technical issues (for example: I can’t log in, or my browser keeps locking up).
- Content issues can be addressed in the Math Help Room (MATH 205), during your instructor’s office hours, or using the Ask Your Teacher feature of WebAssign.
- At the bottom of each Homework page you will see Ask Your Teacher. Clicking on this opens a dialog box where you can submit a question about a specific problem to your TA. Your TA will be able to see your work and respond to your WebAssign mailbox.
- Students can seek further technical support from WebAssign via phone, toll-free at 800-955-8275, Monday through Friday from 9 am until 5 pm, or via e-mail to support@webassign.net

If you have any difficulties using your own computer, you must use an ITaP computer rather than miss any deadline.
